Set up account security
Enroll one or both MFA methods. You must successfully verify at least one before selecting Finish.
For Duo, give your LMA username access to the Web SDK application in the Duo Admin Panel. The Duo user must be active and enrolled, or permitted to enroll during sign-in. A successful Duo approval links the two accounts.
Verify your identity
Enter the current code from Google Authenticator.
1. Open Google Authenticator → Add account → Scan QR code.
Alternatively choose “Enter a setup key” and enter:
Account type: time-based. Never share the QR code or setup key.

Tasks
Review staged workstation dispositions, replacement mappings, ManageEngine devices missing from the latest complete CSV, and Resource ID conflicts. Every resolution is recorded in the Audit Log.
Inventory Mapping
Upload a complete ManageEngine hostname / Resource ID CSV. Existing UUID-bound IDs are preserved. Refresh confirms unchanged IDs, assigns new matches and creates tasks for missing devices or conflicting Resource IDs.
Refresh counts only new assignments. Existing mappings are not counted or blanked.
CSV assignment log
Every CSV hostname/Resource ID is assigned at most once per uploaded file. Refreshing the same CSV does not transfer a used row to another UUID. Uploading a new CSV clears this log.

Technician recommendation: Update the ManageEngine ID manually for each individual device you register using Organize. This avoids having to generate a full report in DSO every time a computer is registered or replaced.
Configure ManageEngine IPs (super-admin only)
Only signed-in users connecting from these exact IPs can see or open ManageEngine links. Start with a single test IP. The Raspberry Pi must be configured to trust only its actual Nginx Proxy Manager peer for forwarded client IPs.
Activity log
Date and UUID filters search server-side audit history (up to 1,000 matching events per request). Dates use your browser's local timezone. Earlier device events with unknown UUID cannot be retroactively linked after the device is purged.
Account security
After password verification, sign in with Google Authenticator or Duo Mobile Push. The last successful choice is remembered. A verified session can last up to 24 hours.
Signing out ends your dashboard session. Every new password login requires an enrolled MFA method. The last successful method is remembered for the account.

Reset Google Authenticator, Duo Mobile, or both together. You must enter your password and prove an existing MFA method. Resetting signs you out and revokes other sessions.
Register another authenticator
Add either method that isn't registered. You'll confirm your password and finish verification before returning to Inventory.
Change my password
All users, including the protected super-admin, can change their own password by entering their current password.
Add user
Only administrators can manage users.
Account management
Admins may reset passwords, delete accounts, and reset authenticators for other users. For password resets, the administrator enters a temporary password of at least 12 characters; the user must change it at next login. Deletion permanently removes the user account; audit history stays. Use your authenticated administrator session to manage accounts. Google Authenticator remains available as an alternative to Duo Push; first-time setup is offered after password login. Permanently clearing deleted devices retains its separate two-admin approval requirement.
Protected: The original super-admin account admin cannot have its password reset or be deleted here. You also cannot delete yourself.
